We receive several reports that our mobile phone number is being misused by criminals. If you get an English-speaking (computer) voice on the line, hang up immediately. If you receive a text message, do not click on anything and certainly do not pay via an attached payment link. A direct debit is also nonsense, nothing will be debited as long as you do not click on anything yourself! We do not send these messages, they are scammers. Unfortunately, neither we nor the telephone profider can do anything about this. You can, however, report the fraud or attempted fraud to the police. The webshop and our own payment system are of course secure!
