Keilerfull 2-component resin. By filling up the cutters and haderers (tusks)of wild boars Keilerfull 2-component resin prevents the teeth from bursting. After proper mixing, the resin forms a solid hard substance.
For mixing, heat the resin (large vial) to app. 35°C by placing the vial in hot water. The processing time is app 15 minutes, after app. 12 hours the resin is cured. 1 vial is sufficient for 1 set of large teeth or 2 sets of smaller teeth.
Tip: When you use the Keilerfull in 1 time, you can pour the hardener into a resin vial. Mix the components together well with a stir bar, shaking alone is insufficient to provide for a uniform mixing.
Tip: Place the tooth in a container with gravel so during filling and drying the teeth will stay in position. Do not use sand or sawdust because it can easily rub into the resin.
