PU foam A + B component Hard for animal manekins
PU foam, A + B component. For self-molding of molds. High density, approx. 150 kg / m 3 . Volume increase approx. 6 times.
Stir / shake the A component well before use. Open carefully, packaging can be under pressure! Then measure the A and B components in weight ratio 1: 1 (A: B) and mix them intensively with a mixer or drill at a minimum of 1500 rpm (manual mixing causes air bubbles / unevenness!). Immediately afterwards pour the mixture into the foamed room. Mixing and casting time ± 1 minute.
Process the material between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. Wear suitable gloves and eye / face protection. Read both labels before use!
Waste: take this substance and the packaging to a collection point for hazardous or special waste.
