Brass brush with hard wire

Replacement brush for your fleshing machine, hard version specially designed for degreasing and brushing firm (mammalian) skins.

Made of corrugated wire with a thickness of approx. 0.20 mm. The bristles are brassed to protect them from corrosion. The diameter of the narrow brush is approx. 75 mm, the width approx. 16 mm (working surface). Diameter of the wide brush is approx. 80 mm, the width approx. 35 mm (working surface).

If you want to use the wide brush on the fleshing machine TW1901-P, you need another coupling sleeve, namely with an 8 mm pin hole! As standard, the coupling for narrow brushes (pin hole 6 mm) is delivered on the machine!

Tip: a new brush always has sharp wire ends. To remove these sharp points (burrs), we recommend that you first have the new brush brushed against an (untreated) piece of wood. This reduces the chance that a burst will tear the skin of your animal to be prepared.
