Skinmaster flesher

Skinmaster thin-slicing machine, for de-fleshing and thinly slicing skins yourself.

The Skinmaster thin-slicing machine is built in the Netherlands. The construction of the machine is based on the Dakota V thin slicer where a number of practical improvements have been made for better results, higher safety and an (even) longer lifespan of the machine.

The machine is equipped with a powerful CE marked electric motor (220 Volt), a cord with plug type F (CEE 7/4) and a solid on/off button with emergency stop that can be operated with the knee.

Our own knives have been developed for this machine, which are also produced in the Netherlands. This means they can be delivered quickly. The Skinmaster knives can also be mounted on the Dakota V machine, but not the other way around.

The machine comes with a user manual, a set of sharpening steels to manually sharpen the knife and - for as long as necessary - a statement of origin of the steel (EU embargo Russian steel) in case of export of the machine. Supplied without table!
