L13 soft mount tanning agent

L13 Soft mount tanning agent. Available in packages of ½ and 1 liter.

Instructions:

• Use clean, slightly moist tanned skins. For birds, use L1 or L4. For mammals, use a tanning bath of Alum and salt first, then L8 or L9. Always follow the instructions on those packages!

• Shake L13 well and apply with a brush to the leather side of the skin. For thin hides, a thin layer, for thicker hides a thicker layer of L13. Avoid contact with the fur or feathers.

• The hide is now ready to be mounted.

• During the drying process, continue to move and flex the skin / mount daily for 2 weeks.

Tanning agents affect skin structures, wear liquid-tight gloves!
