70.510 Gloss varnish

Water-based acrylic gloss varnish, quick-drying and provides an acrylic coating of exceptional hardness and durability. Protects painted models against dust and scratches, dirt and moisture.

By finishing your mount with this Gloss varnish, you mimic the 'wet-nose' effect. Apply a thin layer to nose, lips, beak, eyelids, nails, etc. for a shiny effect.

For airbrushing these colours, a compressor air pressure of 15 - 20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg is recommended. Gloss varnish can of course also be applied with a brush. For proper maintenance of the airbrush, we recommend using the Airbrush Cleaner.

Safety: Gloss varnish is non-flammable and does not contain any solvents.

Packaging: Gloss varnish is supplied in 17-ml bottles with a dropper. This packaging prevents the paint from evaporating or drying out in the bottle, so it can be used in minimum quantities and has a long shelf life.
