71.174 Starter set 8 colors

Set consists of 8 colors including basic colors. Finely pigmented acrylic based paint, excellent to use for finishing postaments and taxidermy.

This set contains: 71.001 White; 71.002 Medium yellow; 71.003 Red RLM23; 71.004 Blue; 71.007 Olive Green; 71.057 Black; 71.063 Silver RLM01; 71.066 Gold.

Matte acrylic colours, water based and specially formulated for airbrushing. Model Air is used straight from the bottle or diluted with Vallejo Flow Improver. It is recommended to prime the substrate first and then apply Model Air in several layers. The colors dry very quickly and form a homogeneous paint film with an extraordinary resistance while preserving even the smallest details in the preparation.

For airbrushing these colors, a compressor air pressure of 15 - 20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg is recommended. Model Air can of course also be applied with a brush. For proper maintenance of the airbrush, we recommend the use of the Airbrush Cleaner.

Safety: Model Air is non-flammable and contains no solvents.

Packaging: Model Air is offered in 17 ml bottles. with dropper. This packaging prevents the paint from evaporating or drying out in the bottle, so it can be used in minimal quantities and has a long shelf life.
