Delivery of PU forms:
Please allow for an average delivery time of 2 weeks for mammal forms and 4 weeks for bird forms, unless they are in stock. If a form is not in stock, your entire order will be dispatched as soon as the form reaches us.
Larger forms are cut into several pieces at the factory to fit into shipping boxes. You need to foam these together again yourself; we deliver the forms as we receive them from the factory. For this, you can use PU foam component A+B, preferably the hard variant.
Forms are supplied without accessories such as antlers, horns, eyes, teeth, tongues, etc.. These can be ordered separately if required.
Excluded from right of withdrawal!
Mammal forms which are not in standard stock with us are only made by the manufacturer as soon as we order them. As this is a form made specifically for you, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal, which means that the form cannot be returned or the order cancelled if the factory has already started the production process.

The direction of a side-viewing form is always from the animal's point of view.
