PU foam A + B component Medium hard

PU foam, A + B component. For self-moulding, e.g. postaments or moulds. Medium density, gives a firm foam. Volume increase 15 - 18 times.

Stir/shake A component well before use. Open carefully, packaging may be under pressure! Then measure out the A and B components in weight ratio 1:1 and mix intensively with each other using a mixer or drilling machine at a minimum speed of 1500 rpm (manual mixing causes air bubbles/evenness!). Immediately after this, pour the mixture into the room to be filled with foam. Mixing and processing time at 25 degrees Celsius is 35 - 45 seconds.

Process the material between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. Wear suitable gloves and eye/face protection. Read both labels before use!
Waste: take this material and its packaging to a collection point for hazardous or special waste.
