Bos en Fauna B.V. is a private limited company under holding company and focuses on the following business lines under various trade names: training, sale of preparation materials and preparation workshop. We have drawn up specific conditions in addition to general conditions for these 3 lines of business.
A. General terms and conditions
Article A1. Definitions
The following terms have the following meanings in these general terms and conditions:
Entrepreneur: the legal person acting in the context of its trade, business, craft or profession, with the following identity:

Contractor: equals Entrepreneur, and further to be referred to as B&F
Client: the natural person or legal entity with whom B&F has entered into an agreement and on the basis of which B&F performs work and/or supplies services and/or goods.
Consumer: the buyer or client, being a natural person, not acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
Course participant: the natural person who follows or has followed a course organised by B&F.
Course: a course, training, education, workshop or master class.
Parties: B&F and the client, consumer and/or course participant.
Agreement: a (digital) written agreement concluded between B&F and the client to perform work and/or supply or provide a service or course.
Purchase agreement: the formation of an agreement whereby B&F undertakes to supply an item and the client, consumer and/or course participant undertakes to pay a purchase price for this item.
Distance purchase: a purchase agreement concluded between B&F and the client, consumer and/or course participant within the framework of an organised system for distance selling or service provision without the simultaneous personal presence of B&F and the client, consumer and/or course participant, and where only one or more means of distance communication is used.
Offer: the products, goods, services, or digital content or service that B&F offers for sale to the client, consumer and/or course participant.
Purchase: the product, item, service, or digital content or digital service purchased by the client, consumer and/or course participant from B&F by means of the purchase agreement.
Quotation: a written offer by B&F concerning the supply or provision of a service and/or an item.
Order form: a (standard) form to be completed by B&F and signed for approval by the client, indicating the scope of delivery or content of the order to prepare, as well as the agreed price and delivery date.
Day: calendar day
Right of withdrawal: the right for the customer, consumer and/or course participant to dissolve the purchase agreement within the cooling-off period.
Grace period: the period within which the customer, consumer and/or course participant has the right of withdrawal.
Preparation: the service to preserve (parts of) a dead animal.
Preparation: a preserved animal product.
Animal/animals: all animal species including bird species.
Animal material: a (part of a) dead animal.
Article A2. General
These general conditions apply to all agreements between B&F and client(s), consumer(s) and course participant(s). These general conditions are published via B&F's website(s) and webshop(s) and are therefore always available for perusal.

All items delivered by B&F under an agreement shall remain the property of B&F until all amounts due have been paid in full. An exception to this is animal material provided by the client to B&F for the preparation of such animal material.

Client or course participant undertakes to treat the content and application of advice as strictly confidential at all times, unless otherwise agreed.

C. Conditions of sale of goods
Article C1. Applicability
Article C2. Purchase agreement
a) the identity, postal and visiting address, telephone number and e-mail address of B&F;
b) the main characteristics of the purchase
c) the price of the purchase including all taxes and any delivery costs
d) the method of payment, delivery and fulfilment, and the corresponding deadlines and any charges;
e) B&F's complaint handling policy;
f) if the client, consumer and/or course participant has the right of withdrawal, the conditions, term and modalities for exercising that right, as far as applicable the way of returning the purchase, and as far as applicable the reimbursement of costs, as well as the model withdrawal form
g) where the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal, the information that the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal or, where applicable, the circumstances under which the principal, consumer and/or course participant waives his right of withdrawal
h) a reminder of the existence of the legal guarantee that the purchase must comply with the contract, and any assistance to the consumer after purchase.
Article C3. Right of withdrawal
a) purchase agreements for which the price of the purchase is linked to fluctuations in the financial market over which B&F has no influence and which may occur within the cancellation period (for example, for products to be purchased by B&F in currencies other than the Euro);
b) purchase agreements for the delivery of products manufactured on the basis of the choice of the client, consumer and/or course participant, or clearly intended for the specific client, consumer and/or course participant (e.g. items for animal species that do not occur naturally in the Netherlands and/or are only manufactured by the manufacturer after being ordered by B&F, such as PU moulds)
c) purchase agreements to supply products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life (e.g. animal training material for preparation);
d) purchase contracts for the delivery of products that cannot be returned for reasons of health, safety or hygiene and whose seals affixed by B&F or its suppliers have been broken after delivery (e.g. tanning agents and other chemical (liquid) substances)
e) purchase agreements for the delivery of products which, after delivery, are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other items (e.g. opened apoxies and polyurethanes).

a) they are the result of legal regulations or stipulations; or
b) the client, consumer and/or course participant has the authority to cancel the agreement as of the day on which the price increase takes effect.
5. The prices mentioned in the offer of products, as well as on price stickers on the products, include VAT.
6. All prices are subject to printing and typesetting errors. B&F accepts no liability for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors. In case of printing and typesetting errors, B&F shall not be obliged to supply the product according to the incorrect price.

Unless agreed otherwise and laid down in writing on the order form, the client is obliged to collect the preparation from B&F within three months of notification of completion.
Article D4. Changes to preparations by B&F
B&F is entitled unilaterally at any time to make organisational and/or substantive changes to the animal to be prepared or the preparation to be restored, but undertakes in the event of a substantial deviation from what has been agreed to first inform the client. In the event of a substantial deviation, the consumer then has the right to dissolve the agreement.
