Prepareerwinkel.nl ships your orders via MyParcel, a subsidiary of PostNL. Parcels are picked up by PostNL on Tuesdays and Fridays. During the summer closure, Christmas holidays and possible absence of all employees for e.g. competitions, shipping may also take place later. This will be indicated on the homepage. Delivery is generally 1 to 2 working days later, international shipments take longer. You can track your parcel via a Track&Trace code. Since 2014, letterbox parcels (only possible in the Netherlands) are no longer delivered on Sundays and Mondays!
You have a choice of 3 options:
Pick up: by appointment only, see (next) page "Picking up your order".
Letterbox pack: only for orders up to 2 kg. (including packaging material) and with a maximum size of 360 x 265 x 32 mm. We ship in cardboard letterbox boxes, no envelopes. If this option is available for shipping, please click on it. If this option is not available, the goods will not fit in a letterbox box and will automatically become a parcel. This option is only available within the Netherlands.
Parcel service: concerns all shipments if they cannot be deposited in the letterbox and all shipments outside the Netherlands.
If you place your order before 2pm on a dispatch day, and all items are in stock, the order can usually be dispatched this very day. If 1 or more items are out of stock, but can be delivered by our suppliers within a week, the entire package will be dispatched a few days later. If delivery of a non-stock item takes longer than 7 working days, the products that are in stock will be sent. The products to be delivered will then be sent free of charge. Exceptions are orders for products that have to be made specifically for you, such as PU forms for mammals. As soon as we receive the product(s) from the manufacturer, the entire order is dispatched. If you want a partial delivery, the actual postage costs will be charged for the additional shipment(s).
If you choose the option 'Bank transfer' under payment method, your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received the full invoice amount in our account. Please note that it may take 1 or 2 days before your bank transfer is visible to us, which generally takes longer for your package to be dispatched.
For each shipment (including letterbox packages), you will receive an automatic e-mail with a Track & Trace code to track the status of the shipment.
Returns (right of withdrawal)
If you wish to return one or more products, this is possible provided you register the return in advance via 'My tickets' in 'My account'. There you can indicate which product(s) you are returning. You can also indicate whether you wish to receive a different product, for example a different size or color. You may also download the Return form here, fill it out and send it along with the products to be returned. The return notification must be made within 14 calendar days after placing your order.
If your order has already been shipped to you by us, you must return the products to be returned to us within 14 calendar days after receipt. The date of receipt is the date on which, according to your Track&Trace code, the package was received, whether or not by an authorized person.
After your return notification you will receive an email message. As soon as the return notification has been approved (some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal) you can return the products to us within 14 days. As soon as they are received by us, you will be notified with a credit note if applicable. You will be refunded the purchase amount a.s.a.p., including additional costs such as shipping costs when you return the entire order. The costs of returning the order will be for your own account.
You must return the products to be returned undamaged and preferably in their original packaging. You must ensure that these products are properly packed. Goods (such as fragile eyes) may NOT be returned in an envelope, as these will be damaged by the roller tracks of mail sorting machines. So-called 'bubble wrap envelopes' are not sufficient either! Returned but damaged products due to faulty return packaging will not qualify for credit! The return address is:

Exception to the right of withdrawal
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are the tanning substances when the sealed closure (cap on bottle or vacuum packaging) is broken or opened. Shipping opened packaging of these chemical, toxic and/or harmful substances poses risks to health and/or the environment. In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, these items cannot/must not be returned.
Also excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that are specially made on your behalf. These include, for example, the PU forms of the vast majority of mammal species. The factory produces these only when we order them, i.e. specifically on your behalf. As a result, returning the form or cancelling the order when the factory has already started production of the form is not possible.
