Set of sharpening steels or wet steels to manually deburr and sharpen your fleshing knife yourself. Made with pure tungsten rod, so the hardest material, the finest grit and the highest quality machine-finished rod to achieve the best results.
Run the blade on the machine, carefully place the long steel at an angle under against the lip of the blade and place the short steel with the tip on top of the lip. Sharpen for a short time, do not apply pressure to avoid burning (hardening) of the steel.
Caution: sharp, rotating parts without protective cap!
Caution: if pieces of metal have broken out of the sharp due to steel shot, for example, the blade must be replaced. Grinding is useless, the cutting result will become irregular, with a high risk of lacerations in the skin.
