The tail stripper can be used in two ways:
Loose tail: felt the tail a few cm and clamp the tail on the anus side with the tailstripper. With a second stripper, or a wet cotton cloth that is wrapped around the tail root, you can remove the skin of the tail towards the tip of the tail.
Tail still attached to the carcass: place the tail-stripper around the root of the tail so that it does not pinch. Hold the carcass firmly in place and pull the tailstripper towards the tip of the tail, sliding the skin away from the root.
Note: both techniques require force, be careful not to break the tail unexpectedly!
