Wooden thin-cutting block with a set of rods in diameters approx. 23 mm (pointed and blunt) and 40 mm (blunt).
With this set you can easily thinly slice small mammals, eyelids and nostrils, for example.
Stretch the skinned skin with the flesh side out over a rod of the appropriate diameter and pull the skin a little taut. You can now use a skin scraper or (thin-cutting) knife to scrape or cut the meat and fat remnants from the skin.
